As Modiano’s Market’s presence closes almost a century, the name Gosis has been part of it for over eight decades. Not just as a mere chapter in its history but as a building block of its presence. The Michalis Gosis Butchery has been located in the Modiano Market since 1941. Initially as a poultry shop – with chickens bred by them – and from the second generation onwards as a butcher’s shop. The daily queues outside it – formed as early as dawn – were always an undisputed testimony to quality. The dynamic presence of its third generation in the new Modiano Market will have the same solid values as always: the People and the Respect for them.
