Culinary Workshops by IEK DELTA

The Department of Gastronomy and Confectionery of IEK DELTA 360 will implement during the period 14.03 – 04.04 a series of themed workshops dedicated to culinary journeys through different cuisines, tastes, and scents, using exclusively raw materials from the Agora stores. Through these workshops, both the imagination of the participants and the diversity of the city’s cuisine will be highlighted in four events open to the public on consecutive Tuesdays: 14, 21, and 28 March in a specially designed space on the upper level of the Market, while the final event will take place at the restaurant of IEK DELTA on 4 April. Their workshops’ themes will be The Lenten Meals, The Sustainable Kitchen, A Taste Of Brunch, and Grilling & Wining.
