The third Culinary Workshop of IEK DELTA 360 is coming on Tuesday, March 28th, to Agora Modiano’s food lounge!
IEK DELTA 360’s Culinary Department welcomes everyone from 12:00 to 14:00 for a special “Brunch” live cooking event.
Executive Chef Sophia Urgantzidou, Executive Chef and Instructor of DELTA 360, accompanied by students of the Culinary, Pastry & Bakery Departments, will present a series of classic and original choices for this unique, Sunday-trend meal!
All attendees will have the opportunity to taste-test the recipes and learn about the history of brunch, the reasons for its popularity, and its nutritional value.
The participating stores of Agora Modiano are by the side of IEK DELTA’s Culinary Department, offering generously top-quality raw materials and excellent products for the preparations: Estrella, Wild Souls, Kassandra Ice Cream, and Arvanitis Dairy.
